Shipping

Standard delivery within the UK takes 1–3 working days. Express options are available at checkout.
Shipping is free for all orders over £50. For smaller orders, the fee will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a carrier tracking link via email. You can use this link to track the status of your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

Payments

We currently accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.

Not at this time, but we’re working on offering flexible payment options soon.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment (Mon–Fri).

Returns

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@takeyourgoods.co.uk. We’ll help arrange a free return or replacement.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your card provider.
